Guinness Steak Marinade - Two 8-12 Ounce Steaks

This may need to be refined a little, but here is what I have as my default steak marinade.

I am going from memory right now, so if it is off, give me a break.

For two (2) 8-12 ounce steaks:

1.00 qty freezer bag
1.00 qty Guinness bottle (11.2 fl oz)
1.00 qty tspn chopped garlic
1.00 qty tspn garlic powder
0.25 qty tspn ground black pepper
0.50 qty tspn salt

Pour all the ingredients into the freezer bag, place the two steaks into the bag, close the bag, and roll the marinade around the steaks. Every couple hours roll the steaks around and flip the bag.

Grill according to your preference.
