BBQ Island and High Heat Gloves

Visited BBQ Island, their Tempe, Arizona location while traveling through the area. Big store with a lot of cool stuff. The sales person was not pushy and he seemed genuinely passionate about grilling. I picked up some Hardcore Carnivore High Heat Grilling Gloves that can allegedly handle up to 1,400 F !!! We shall test those hot puppies out when we get the charcoal chimney heated up. Every time I empty my coffee can I get a little reminder about touching hot things. Hopefully these gloves help.
