Grilled Cheese Belongs on a Grill

[Grilled Cheese]

This is just a little rant about grilled cheese.

Too many people turn on their electric ovens and essentially fry two slices of bread with cheese between the slices and call it a "grilled" cheese sandwich. That is not a grilled cheese sandwich. That monstrosity is a fried cheese sandwich ... well, I mean, because it has the same ingredients as a real grilled cheese sandwich it still may have a decent taste. However, if you want a real grilled cheese sandwich then you need to summon some flames and truly grill your sandwich.

Accept no substitutes!
